Ceramic Floors:

Sure, you probably mop it - who doesn't?

But all that does is take up the large sized dirt pieces, it  doesn't touch the ground in (smaller particles) that are imbedded in your porous tile and grout.

So, although its been mopped, it never looks clean.

In fact, it never really is clean (just superficially) but over time it gets worse and worse, as more dirt keeps getting squeezed into your ceramic or tiled floor as it is walked on and further mopped.

There is equipment and expertise that can get it restored, like you've never seen before!  Making floors look close to original tiling.

Step One

We use a combination of equipment to get a floor or walls restored.  We use this special 'Hard Surface Machine' as pictured here below.  This uses about 4 gallons of water per minute (on your floor or walls) and forces at the dirt and grime at 1200 p.s.i. (which is alot of pressure).  This is one step.

Step Two

We also (if required) use a 'Commerical Vaporizer Machine' which kills germs and mold at 165 degrees celsius or 311 degrees Fahrenheit of vapor penetrating power.  This Vaporizer Equipment is what is used in hospital 'Operating Rooms' for cleaning and disenfecting.  Why?  Because it works, and in those areas, you can not use alot of chemicals (mostly because of their added scents).  Anyway this 'Commercial Vaporizer' will do the trick in many cases.

 
If never treated properly and restored, it will be only a matter of time, before you have to re-do the tile or live with the filth.  Take it from us (we are professional floor contractors with over 30 years experience in flooring) you don't want to be 'jack-hammering' old cemented tile and grout and then replaced.  Its expensive and a real mess.

Using our 150 pound machine we get water pressure up to 1200 p.s.i. (which is 1200 pounds of pressure per square inch).  Imagine the force on 1 inch by 1 inch space on your floor.  And we do that over your entire floor!

Then with our knowledge of flooring, apply the pressure with certain types of cleaners (alkalines and acids) to the right blend, making the tiles and grout begin to look like new again.

So, its a combo of know-how, extreme pressure and the right PH balance to actively combat your particular problem with dirty grout and tiles.

Please note, because of demand, we are operating on a 1 month lead time to have your floors done.

Also, note, that we do residential jobs as well as commercial.

Once we restore the tile, we recomend color sealing.
Your floor will look almost brand new.  The grout can be any color you want - even changing grout colors!  Wow!
